- A new SEO page

- A major rewrite or refresh of an existing page
- A local market content update
- A loan program content update
- A substantial internal linking or content structure improvement
Add-ons and campaign support
One-time and project work
Google Business Profile content repurposing
We repurpose content created for your website into visibility assets for your Google Business Profile. These posts are designed to support local visibility, reinforce your authority, and keep your Google Business Profile active with helpful mortgage-related content.
- 2 Google Business Profile posts per month
- 4 Google Business Profile posts per month
What is not included in the monthly authority plans?
The monthly authority plans are growth retainers, not unlimited development or marketing operations retainers.
The base plans do not include Google Business Profile post management, social media management, email campaign setup or sending, unlimited page requests, paid ad management, SMS/email automation sequences, custom dashboards, or large batches of Realtor/listing pages.
Advanced CRM setup, complex funnel logic, server-side tracking, Meta Conversions API, paid ads management, and custom software development are outside the scope of my standard website and SEO services.
When a request is outside the monthly allocation, we can handle it one of three ways:
- Swap it with another planned authority action for the month.
- Queue it for the following month.
- Quote it separately as an add-on or project.
Best-fit platform strategy
The website is the owned authority layer: fast, well-structured, search-optimized, and built for long-term organic growth. My work is focused on building and maintaining that layer well.
CRM systems, email platforms, and other follow-up tools your company already uses can sit alongside the website. The goal is not to replace those tools or duplicate their functions. The goal is to build a strong owned web presence that attracts, educates, and converts borrowers through search and local visibility.
Who owns what
- The delivered website codebase
- Published written content created for your business
- GitHub repository access
- Cloudflare access
- Analytics and Search Console access when those accounts are set up under the client's ownership

- Unpublished drafts and working files
- Any items not otherwise agreed to in writing
Compliance review
Mortgage content is written in a compliance-aware way based on mortgage industry experience, but Tim Armstrong Marketing does not provide legal or compliance approval. Mortgage content, loan program claims, payment examples, rate examples, down payment assistance details, and similar content should be reviewed and approved by your company or compliance department before publishing.
If compliance review changes the direction of already-approved content, substantial rewrites may count toward the monthly authority allocation or be quoted separately.
