Tim Armstrong spent over a decade in the mortgage industry as a licensed mortgage loan originator and HUD-certified housing counselor. He sat across from first-time buyers who were terrified of the process, helped veterans navigate VA loan eligibility questions, and spent years building the referral partner relationships that keep an originator's pipeline full.

Along the way, Tim noticed something: the marketing available to independent loan officers was almost entirely built by people who had never originated a loan.
